He has participated in international dispute settlement proceedings before the WTO (WTO case: Peru – Agricultural Products, as part of the Peruvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs team) and under the United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement (USMCA case: Mexico – Measures Concerning Genetically Modified Corn, as a panel assistant).
