In an increasingly complex global environment, international arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms have become key tools for the efficient management of disputes, particularly in the areas of investment and legal certainty.
In this context, the Conference on Arbitration and the launch of the MIAC-CAMACOL PERU Network will bring together leading national and international experts, who will address the main trends, challenges, and opportunities in arbitration, fostering a space for analysis and exchange of experiences from both a legal and practical perspective.
The event is organized by the Faculty of Law of ESAN University and the Lima International Arbitration Center, with the special participation of the Miami International Arbitration Center (MIAC), an institution of the Latin Chamber of Commerce of the United States (CAMACOL), dedicated to the administration of arbitrations and the promotion of ADR mechanisms at the international level. It will also feature the special sponsorship of Milagros Rojas Blas, an expert in national and international arbitration.
As part of the conference, the official launch of the MIAC-CAMACOL PERU Network will take place, an initiative aimed at strengthening academic and professional collaboration, promoting international cooperation, and contributing to the development of arbitration and other ADR mechanisms in Peru and across the American continent, as well as facilitating access for local professionals to international arbitral practice.
